Diet Meal
Whilst on a diet recently, I didn’t go out. I saw no-one, except for the odd “coffee” and refused all invites to dinner (yes, there were some!). The reason being I couldn’t trust myself. I was doing so well and didn’t want to “blow it”. Meals out in the UK generally consist of a wonderful “rewarding comfort celebration”. Diet meals UK are generally not something to be enjoyed! Perhaps I should have had more faith in myself, but I think I’m old enough to know my weak areas … and eating out whilst on a diet is most definitely one of them!
